Moon & Myth
Honor the roles you've been playing.
Discover who else you can be.
Moon & Myth explores the patterns and archetypal stories that shape your identity, relationships, and world view.
We walk with you through identity shifts, life transitions,
and the quiet moments in between.
Our work lives in the liminal space where the old narrative no longer fits and the new story hasn't fully formed.

We work with people in liminal spaces.
You might be here because something in your life no longer fits the way it used to.
Because roles that once felt natural now feel heavy.
Because you can see your patterns clearly, but still find yourself living inside them.
You might be here because something in you has started to say:
I can’t keep doing it this way.
Not because everything is falling apart,
but because the way you've learned to move through the world isn't working in quite the same way anymore.
Growth isn't always about becoming more.
Sometimes, it begins by honoring what already exists.
The roles you learned to play to feel safe.
The patterns that helped you stay connected.
The emotions you hold back or carry alone.
The stories that shaped who you became.
These ways of being developed for a reason.
The question isn't whether you need to get rid of them,
it's what becomes possible when you practice new ways of being.
The Persephone Process
We use this process to explore change through four recurring movements:
Drift. Descent. Threshold. Return.
Drift: you notice a familiar role begins to feel off
Descent: you get curious about what keeps the pattern in place
Threshold: insight becomes practice
Return: what you practice begins to take root
This is not something you force.
It’s a process you move through with curiosity, compassion, and support.
As you continue to practice, you cultivate:
A grounded sense of self.
A different way of relating.
A life that feels like your own.
For many, this work begins here:
Sovereign Self is a 12-week coaching experience for women ready to move beyond
understanding their patterns and begin practicing other ways of being.
Guided by The Persephone Process, you'll explore the roles shaping your identity and relationships
and discover what else might be possible.
